What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? mostly all of them- just downloaded University when bug was discovered
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? go to create a sim
What happens when the bug occurs? the sims skin color is jacked. skin is most of the time red and white with question marks on part of the body. and some of the sims traits are unavailable
What do you expect to see? I should be able to choose my sims skin color
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

I installed Get Famous this morning, and when I launched the game, Evergreen Harbour just disappeared. It is not there. And in CAS, mostly all of the expansion traits disappeared, leaving me only with the base game ones.
And both in CAS and while playing, there are some sims glitched out. Their skin (not CC) was replaced with a strange white and red checkered pattern, and their bodies were transparent.
Can anyone help me?
I've tried removing the CC and loading a new game but the glitch is still there.
