Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Occurs in game mode, in the family household sim icons
What happens when the bug occurs? The skin texture is not rendering properly, and created a box and question mark instead of skin.
What do you expect to see? the skin texture properly rendering.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Please describe the patch or change you made. it occured after updating on 12/12/19
