Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Well my male sims have red and black squares with question marks.
What happens when the bug occurs? I choose a male sim and he has red and white squares all over with question marks
What do you expect to see? I should be able to see his skin tone
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. I got sims 4 university
When I see male sims in my game or when I make then they have red and white squares all over them with question marks. I have no CC or mods downloaded. It happened when I got University.
