Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When in Create-A-Sim, nothing displays or is accessible, except some boxes in the upper left. I cannot click on them or on my Sim, and I cannot make any changes.
What happens when the bug occurs? When in Create-A-Sim, nothing displays or is accessible, except some hexes in the upper left. I cannot click on them or on my Sim, and I cannot make any changes. I've attached a screenshot of what I see on my screen. I cannot interact with the hexes, clicking where my sim's portrait should be in the lower left does not make them show up on the screen. I can hear the sim's voice audio cues but they remain invisible. Adding a sim creates a second green box down in the lower left, but again there are no options to set up the sim in any way.
What do you expect to see? I would expect that I could interact with the Create-A-Sim screen in some way, and I would expect that I am able to interact with the sims I am creating (ie naming, choosing gender, traits, and aspirations, changing body and clothes).
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I downloaded the latest patch and then tried to create sims.
