My game just did an update on Orjen and The Sims games and now it won’t load and my people look like this. Please help. I’m horrible with computers and I don’t want to lose any of my saved games. Step by step instructions please if anyone can help.

Please try repairing your game through Origin. That should solve the issue

    Hello. I did this and also cleared all casche and it’s still not working. I’m trying to repair it again.
