Game continues to crash

Question

Hi, I recently bought a new gaming PC a few weeks ago and have been playing Sims 4 on it no problems through the EA App. Recently, before the newest patch, the game started to crash in Live Mode with a white screen.

I have tried multiple fixes. I removed mods, it still crashed. New save, it crashed. New/fresh Sims folder, crashed. Repaired game, crashed. I finally backed up my saves and uninstalled and reinstalled through the App and started a fresh folder, it still crashed. I removed my Norton security entirely because I wasn't sure how to stop it quarantining certain files so it is now gone. After repairing the game AGAIN and removing the localthumcache.package file I tried again today, it crashed after 15mins or so in Live Mode again. I even tried turning off autonmy thinking it was the game crashing trying to do an impossible action or something. I am at my wits end, any help would be so greatly appreciated.

lotsofrandom_302​&nbsp; Some of the errors in your dxdiag are crashes of the graphics driver, and that could certainly take Sims 4 down with it.&nbsp; So please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver.&nbsp; Here's how:
