First and for most, I have no mods or cc. My sims 4 game won't allow me to play it because none of the content is loading properly. I can't even create a new player. The clothes are black white and red with little black question marks on them. but I can't play the game at all. its been almost a month since I've played this game I paid for. Can anyone help? I've tired repairing it a thousand times.
@muffinberry8883 Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
- 5 years ago@puzzlezaddict I appreciate you. but I've tried doing that also. Any other tips?

@muffinberry8883 Clear Origin's cache (Windows) or run the Origin reset tool (macOS):

Restart your computer, and move the entire Sims 4 user data folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. Launch the game, spend a few minutes in Create a Sim, then have a look around in live play. Let me know whether you still see any missing textures (the red/white sims or question marks). If you do, please let me know whether your computer runs Windows or macOS, and whether you're running the Legacy Edition or the standard version of Sims 4.
