Every time I go into a world, the majority of my lots have a large square icon of a greyed out llama above them. When I click into them, my houses aren't there at all. I recently downloaded City Living and one day everything was fine, the next I logged in and these grey llamas were everywhere, and when I go into certain lots, they've gone completely - entire apartment buildings aren't there anymore. I have no idea how to fix this? Please help!!
@katie010297 Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
If that doesn't help, clear Origin's cache, restart your computer, and repair again.

@katie010297 Does your game run Windows or macOS? Let me know either way.
You can also try restoring a backup save, to see whether the previous saves are similarly affected.
