The New Sims 4 update made all my floor turn into a bunch of question marks and made my sims characters invisible. I never use mods, all my content is bought from origin. The update is bad.

@Daisy22Jh Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair. If that doesn't help, clear Origin's cache:

restart your computer, and repair again.
