What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have a majority of the packs/kits. This is a problem with one expansion pack alone.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In CAS and build mode, under the Get Famous filter.
What happens when the bug occurs? In CAS: the sim is completely black, red, and white with question marks randomly imposed when wearing CAS items from Get Famous. In the selection menu, the items are either also similarly colored or are completely invisible. I have noticed the hair options are 'normal' in the selection menu, but on the sim they have the same issues as other items. In build mode: no objects are able to be placed and have odd coloration in the selection menu. For example, Get Famous doors are not able to be placed on walls despite snapping and they are not colored the same as the advertised pack content. All of the build mode items have similar difficulties.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the advertised items the way they are presented on the EA app in the information provided about the expansion pack.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

It may be useful to note that I bought this as part of the customizable bundle deal on the EA app, however the other two packs I purchased with Get Famous both function completely fine. Everything else about the Get Famous expansion pack seems the same as the other packs in terms of availability in the app: it is in my library, marked as downloaded, and shows up in my list of usable packs. So far I have restarted my system and the game numerous times, but it has failed to change anything. I initially had the Sims 4 purchased from Steam and use the cross-compatibility of EA and Steam to play, if that helps at all. It's just difficult to find good resources on fixing this that are dated for after the Origin-EA app switch that I can use. Thanks.
