@Pinkangelbaby11 The Sims 4 user folder, as in, the one that holds your saves and other user data, doesn't regenerate until you launch the game again. If you haven't been able to play, you won't have that folder, but the absence of that folder is the result, not the cause, of the issue.
What happens now when you try to play? If you get an error, please post a screenshot.
@puzzlezaddict hi, I fully uninstalled the sims and the ea app yesterday because I need a little break and I don’t know where to go from here so I can’t show a screenshot right now; but the error is when I press play and the ea app screen goes away and then after 30 seconds of waiting the ea screen comes back up with an error saying something like “your game is already running play it it’s a good one” or something like that. I’ve heard A lot of people are having this problem and I have before too but it hasn’t been this hard to fix before.

@Pinkangelbaby11 Okay, so you're still seeing the "already running" error. I've merged your new posts into the master thread for this error as well. Again, please see the first post on page one for troubleshooting suggestions.
