[CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 doesn't start - No Error Message (Patch 1.68.154)

I really need your help! Since the Nov update my game will not load. I get no error. I spent almost an hour with EA tech who could not fix issue and stated I would have to wait till patch fix for patch update. I am technically challenged and have no idea what else to do. Here is what I have done so far:

Removed mods folder

Uninstalled and reinstalled origin

removed origin from gameplay

repaired game

disarmed firewall

removed caches

Removed sims4 folder from game to generate new folders

I have all EP except star wars, All GP and all SP. I have never had any issues with Sims 4 on this computer until this update. Would really appreciate your help

@tigerlillysim OMG the same thing is happening to me! I've been scrolling through these forums for the past 5 days trying to find a solution and NOTHING is working. I miss my sims. I've done everything. I uninstalled Origin, and reinstalled, cleared my cache, deleted my localthumbcache, removed my mods, cleared up some space on my laptop, i'm scared to uninstall and reinstall Sims 4 because I got it for free in the May deal and i'm scared it will make me pay if I uninstall. I tried cleaning my boot, and pressed play on game literally everywhere! also i moved my sims 4 folder to desktop and my ea folder. Repairing the game doesn't do anything, and at this point i'm going crazy!!!!! I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE AND I JUST WANNA PLAY SIMS 4! Can someone please help us! By the way i'm on a Windows 7 if that helps anything. BTW i have sims 4 legacy edition if that changes anything either
