okay so ive been dealing with this for like a day and ive just reinstalled it after a few months and i really hope i get to play and ive been searching around to see what will help and ive done a few things even though most of them are for the ea app but i would still find a way for me to do it on steam and im just getting tired and upset over this so this is my last resort i hope someone can help me....
i am also putting the dxdiag because ive seen a few people request to see it for others to help them out pls... i just wanna play the sims 😓
