[CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Problem With Your Game's Setup

Sul Sul! I had downloaded The Sims 4 a while back, maybe 6 months or so, and when I tried to boot it up again, it wouldn't work. It kept popping up with the message, "There is a problem with your game's setup. Please reinstall your game."  I included the dxdiag file, I'm not quite sure what the issue is. I removed all my mods and CC, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, and the result is the same every time. Please let me know what I can do to fix my game! Thank you very much.
