infaethable I've merged your post with the master thread for this particular error. Please try the suggestions in the first post, under Other, since you're running Windows 11 and not an N version.
Separately, are you getting BlueScreens when you try to play, or at any other particular time? Your dxdiag lists the same two errors over and over: an issue with the USB-C driver followed by a BSOD related to a driver using an invalid power state. The code doesn't make it clear which driver, but it looks like it's probably the USB-C driver since it's erroring out.
Anyway, I would let the Dell driver download page for your laptop check for updates and install any it offers. Go here:

Click This Device (just above the list of drivers), and see what's offered. If anything installs, restart your computer afterwards. If nothing installs, you can manually remove the USB-C driver through the Device Manager (click Windows key-X to open it) and repeat the process—the website should detect that the driver is missing and reinstall it or the package that includes it.
