7a78df8mbfrf This appears to be a tech issue. Are you playing on PC or Mac? Do you have OneDrive or iCloud active? And just to be sure, where are you when you get that message? Before you get to Main Menu or is it when you try to open a lot? From what you've said, it sounds like you are not getting to the Main Menu. And by Mod Manager, do you mean TSR CC Manager or another program. What is the full name of the program?

This is the mod manager I use, and I am on PC. I do have OneDrive, and I get the message at startup. The game doesn't even actually start up. I use Steam, so what happens is I click play, and then EA will start up and the usual, and then it will take a second, and then it will say that message.
