coraloramora​  The new dxdiag lists the same errors as the last one, nothing new.  But that's common with this particular error.  So please do a clean uninstall of Sims 4, as described in the OP, and if you use ReShade or GShade, don't add it back.  Try reinstalling the VC++ runtimes too.

unfortunately reinstalling vc runtimes and doing a clean uninstall of sims 4 didnt help me at all, probably because i only have one drive and nowhere else to put the game? i don't even know anymore. :(
