Hey everyone, trying to pick up Sims 4 after a brief hiatus but apparently it won't turn on anymore and it keeps giving me the following error:
There is a problem with your game's setup. Please reinstall your game.
I've attempted a reinstall but it didn't work.
I have also found this thread where apparently most people's solution to it was forcing it into DirectX 9, but that didn't work either. I am launching via Steam since that's where I own the game, but launching from the EA App also doesn't work.
