Hello,
This is the backup of my sims 4 family after playing.
Usually, I save my game after playing. And when I come back, I pick up where I left off.
But I can no longer resume the game because it has disappeared.
My computer runs with windows.
Thanks for your help.

Hello,
I found a sims 4 file in my documents folder.
But how do I get this data back into the sims 4 game?
Have a nice day

@celinette1976 Find the exact file path to the folder the game is reading:

Put the save inside the saves folder inside the correct Sims 4 folder. Make sure it's named properly, as covered in the first post.
@AmusedWolf91145 It sounds like you didn't completely get rid of the effects of OneDrive. I've merged your post with the master thread for issues with disappearing or nonworking user content, including those caused by OneDrive. Please see the first post on page one, in particular this section:
to see how to fix your current setup.

The problem has been solved. It was due to a lack of memory in my onedrive. This prevented complete synchronisation with sims 4.
The risk is to have another problem when my onedrive is full.
How can I anticipate this problem?- puzzlezaddict2 years agoHero+
@celinette1976 You could get rid of OneDrive, or you could keep it but prevent it from syncing Sims 4 content. For the latter, you could still manually upload your backup saves or whatever data you want to protect; the idea is that OneDrive wouldn't upload anything on its own.
The first post on page one of this thread has instructions for how to implement either of these options.
