Unable to download Expansion Pack
Hi everyone,
I've bought the Expansion Pack City Living through the EA app (not Steam). The EA app and the Sims 4 both recognize that I've bought it, but when I go to Manage Add-Ons and press download, it does not open the window where I have to agree that I can't revoke, etc. It just turns the download button grey and then blue again. This makes me unable to download the EP and play it.
I have tried restarting the EA app, used app recovery, and rebooted my PC. I can't figure out what prevents the window from opening, and thus downloading the EP.
If anyone has experienced this before and/or knows how to fix this, and is willing to let me know, is much appreciated!
Apparently, it worked to repair the Sims 4 game, now I'm able to download the EP.
So if you have the same issue go to Manage and then press Repair. After it's done check if you're able to download the EP.
