Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Last played version of me. I don't have a "saved" document on my PC.
What happens when the bug occurs? I open the Game on the EA App and the last played household with everything else, is gone. I didn't update the game since yesterday (last played), I didn't buy anything else but everything is gone since yesterday. I logged off the app and loged in again, didn't help. It shows me the game as if I never played it before.
What do you expect to see? My last played household as it was yesterday.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
As you can see in the screenshot, it doesn't show me my household.(it's in german unfortunately)
@wobblysock A couple of possibilities:
Did you use "Save and Exit" or did you separately use "Save" and then, when it was complete, "Exit"? There have been times in the past when "Save and Exit" doesn't complete problem.
Do you have OneDrive syncing your Documents folder? If so, you should know that it can revert Sims files to previous states.
