Mizu_Yukionna A couple of the Sims 4 crashes point to a component of DirectX 11, which can't be reinstalled on its own but is repairable with the built-in Windows system file checker. Please run DISM first, then sfc, like this:
- Hit Windows key-X
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
- Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes, and enter
- The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
- After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
- Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator)”
- Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes, and enter
- Post the message you receive here
Restart your computer, hit Windows key-i, select Update & Security, and click the box to check for updates. If any install, restart again afterwards.
Your new dxdiag also lists one crash of the graphics driver, and a bad driver could also cause your other crashes. So please also do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver, as described here:

If neither of these helps, have you overclocked your CPU or GPU, or did whoever built the computer (if it wasn't you) possibly do it for you? Some system integrators will apply a basic overclock as part of their standard package or for a small extra fee. If your hardware is overclocked, please revert to stock settings and test the game again.
ReShade is a utility that allows you to change how the game looks: lighting, textures, that kind of thing. You'd need to install it deliberately, so it sounds like you don't have it or anything like it.
