I lost all of my Sims 4 progress.
Last night I opened The Sims 4, and when it loaded into the main page it popped up information about every single pack i own, as If I had just purchased it. I thought it was odd and I just went through all of them closing the boxes. When That was done, I noticed there was no Resume button, only a "New Game" button. I've been playing The Sims4 for years and I have a lot of saves. Currently I was on the third generation of my Sims family so I started panicking that I had lost all my progress. I checked the folders, and the saves folder is completly empy. Same for the mods and screenshots folder. Everything is gone!!!!
Is there a solution for this??? I don't know if I did anything wrong. As far as I'm aware there was no update now and I have played since the last update and everything was fine. I also haven't installed any new mods or cc.

I checked the first post as you recommended and thanks to you I found all my saves and cc!! Thank you so much! Somehow the Sims4 folders wer in my college folder. I don't know how they got there and If I accidentally moved them!? Anyways, I recovered everything. I really thought I had lost years of gameplay. Thank you so much!!!!! 🙂
