Cant save Any lot of my own

I keep trying to save my own builds and rooms to my library, but nothing will save. The Notification thing says it does and lets me click the view information button, and when i click on it it shows me the room/lot i want to save as if it did, but when i close out of that and actually look in my Gallery its not there. Before it was letting me post things to my Online Gallery and i would just access things there but now nothing will go onto my Online Gallery either. And other people's builds i want to save ive noticed only half of the time they actually save to my library now too. I tried Repairing the game/ Clearing all the Cache/ Taking out all the mods but it doesnt work when i take out my mods either. its getting annoying, does anyone know how to fix it?
