I had a household in Sims 4 with 200 plus hours and all of a sudden when I loaded up the game, it was not available to play at all. They're still in my gallery, however the game is not there. I don't think I deleted it, but maybe I accidentally did? What can I do to get my game back, it was something I really loved making and putting effort into ☹️ I really loved all the storylines and sims I made from that household/game save. I also have a DELL computer if that is any help.
