Game can't connect to the internet
Whenever I try to connect to the internet for any reason (accessing the gallery, limited time events, accessing the marketplace), the "attempting to connect" screen just cycles endlessly, and it does not connect.
I'm playing on a Windows PC, with my copy of the game accessed through Steam, if that matters. My internet connection is ethernet and has had no issue in other games.
This problem has persisted for months. So far I've tried:
- Restarting the game
- Restarting the EA App
- Updating the EA App
- Restarting my PC
- Removing my mods and my tray folder
- Changing background process settings through PowerShell and the services menu
- and resetting my connection
What else could I try?
