Here's the issue, about a few months ago my PC had a problem with the Black Screen of Death. I had to work on it with the assistance of HP tech support to get my PC back in functional order. I hadn't played the Sims 4 game in that timeframe because I had to recover files and search for them in a master restore. After the restore was done I thought all my Saved game files were good, but the joke is on me. Only one saved game file is working from 2021, and all the files from October 2016 to February 2024 are missing. I can find most of my Sims households and builds in the Gallery ( of course I use CC-custom content but no mods in-game).
Please help me find the correct files to place back in the right folders of the game so I can start playing a game I and my family love. Thank you in advance 🙂
