My Sims 4 saved games are gone. How can I fix this?

I've followed this entire thread to the T, all of my households are in the right folder but are still refusing to show up in game. Moved everything over to one drive. Deleted all the saved games but kept the household files. Done everything I can think of and still they refuse to simply show up in my library. Any ideas of what is causing that? Because I have done everything suggested in this thread. Any and all households made after 7/27/2024 don't exists in my game library.
Here is what I'm talking about this is a household I made for gameplay and then uploaded to the gallery: (Gallery screen shot provided)
If you look the add to library is blanked out because they are supposedly already there but when I go to my personal library: Library screenshot provided.
This is what I am seeing. As you can tell they are not in the library when I go to look for them nor are any other households I have attempted to save since 7/27/2024.
@alice4sims Please create something in-game and save it to your library, and let me know whether it shows up in-game after you quit and restart your computer.
Please also post a screenshot of the contents of Tray, inside Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. I'd like to see the file names and sizes.
