All my saved games are gone. All the content that was in my library is gone. Everything is gone.
When I got into the game for the first time after a while, in order to complete the blast from the past event, I got pop-ups for all the packs and kits I own - which was weird, but I didn't give it any thought - however, now I get it. My game must have restarted somehow??? as if that was the first time I was playing, and I had just bought and downloaded all those packs. I also thought it was weird that I could only choose to start a new game, but again, I thought it was because of the update. Well, today I wanted to look at a sim I knew I had in my library for inspiration for a new one I was creating, and that's how I discovered everything I have been working on for the past idk how many years is gone.
What do I do? Is there even a way to get what I had back?? I had so many sims and buildings I loved, and I can't believe something like this happened.
And no, i didn't have any mods installed. I had actually deleted every mod i had at least a few months before the update came out.
