Yesterday (August 23, 2025), I was playing The Sims 4 and everything I built—every Sim, house, and creation—was there. But today, when I launched the game, it’s as though the entire game was deleted and reinstalled. All my content is gone. The game recognizes my purchased packs, but none of my gameplay progress or creations are present. This is beyond infuriating—it’s absolute bull**bleep**.
This game holds a lot of time, emotion, and creativity for me. Losing everything in such a brutal way is unacceptable. I want this fixed. I want my saved Sims, houses, and all my customizations back. Please prioritize this case and guide me through every step to restore my progress.

I downloaded Ea since Origin era ended some years ago. I have restarted playing the game after finishing my exams four days ago. Around 11pm in Egypt (GMT+3) yesterday I noticed the issue. At first, when i started the game, a message was delivered saying there is a new contact that needs to be downloaded. After i did it and restarted the game, everything was gone. Like the 120 hours of my life i spent on this game was nothing.
What should i do now? Seriously
Play everything from zero? Two worlds, one that had my family, one that had a couple, three households in total, but a lot of saved content in my library, everything went back to when i first bought the base game in 2018.
Dull
