Hi there,

I just updated my Sims 4 to the most recent version after a month or so break. I open the game to find that everything is deleted. I opened my saves folder in my files and there is nothing there. I don't understand what's happened. Help?

@RayneUmbrella Which platform are you playing on ? Are you using iCloud/oneDrive ?

    I'm playing it on EA. I don't use OneDrive for my files.

      @RayneUmbrella Do you have it turned off ? Sims like to use it anyways.

      Did you ever back up your user folder ?
