My sims game says “The sims 4 is already running” but it isn’t opening I’ve tried almost everything from unstalling it about 2 and closing it out in task manger and resetting my computer but it’s still not opening everything says it’s up to date but it’s not working and I have no mods in my game, please help me!
What launcher are you using?
If it is EA then it won't work that well. If it is steam try your internet connection and try again, it can take a while to open depending on how fast your internet is. I also sometimes have this problem. If it is Origin, sorry can't help you.
If this is not helpful try searching for someone with a similar problem or contact EA or whoever you are launching the game from.
