I am getting this error message:  Unable to start:  The Sims 4 is already running.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, researched everything I know to do.

Running windows 11.

Brand new computer.

    @SonestaLee Try using Task Manager to close the EA App and, if it appears there, any TS4 or Sims applications.

      Thanks for your response. I’m sorry, I failed to mention that I’ve done tons of research and done everything known to do. And yes, closing out anything EA, Sims, TS4 related currently open through Task Manager was my first go-to.
