Every time I try to open my game I get the message "Unable to start: The Sims 4 is already running. [ed35e0ea:29f00e76:00000000:18a1dd51]". I don't understand why it thinks the game is running when it isn't. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting the cache, opening as admin, deleting all my mods, checking forums for help, uninstalling McAfee (I saw that it can keep sims from launching after its free trial ends). No matter what I do, I get that error message. It's been hours and I'm at my wit's end. Please help.
