I bought a new laptop and installed the EA app and all 46 parts to my Sims 4 game. I keep getting an error message when I try to open the game. I've restarted my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled, and repaired the files but I continue to get the error message that says
"Unable to Start: Cannot start because game data is missing or damaged. If you have Mods installed please remove them and try again. If not, please repair or reinstall the game via Origin. [de4ee14f:29f00e76:00000000:4b0d852b]
Help! I have thousands of hours and a ton of money invested in this game for it to not work at all on a brand new laptop.
