Guys, I'm new here. I don't know what to do because I've reinstalled the game four times, and this keeps popping up when I try to open the game.
I've never installed any mods.
I reinstalled The Sims 4 twice on the EA app and twice on Steam, and I keep getting this error.
I really don't know what to do.
i also tried clearing the cache and reparing the game via ea app but nothing worked
