I need help so bad!!!!
Whenever I add any mod ( cc ) even just ONE that I know works and is compatible (sent the exact same file to a few friends and it works for them) Into my mods folder, I get the error that I have missing or damaged files, but it’s not the case and my game won’t open unless I have no cc in my mods folder! I have done EVERY kind of possible fix that I could find online and have read every forum but still no luck and I feel like I’m the only person who has experienced this and I am sooo confused. My game is installed on my D drive but my mods folder is in my c drive as normal and I even tried making a linked folder into my D drive though it makes no difference. Does anyone at all know a fix or solution? I’m desperate!
I’ve been looking more into it and I made a new admin account on my computer and it worked totally fine! So I dug into my main account and realised the path location for my documents folder was in a weird spot so maybe that contributes? I will have to move it back to C:\Users\name\ or C:\Users\name\Onedrive and see if that fixes it at all
