I was going to play the Sims 4 but I received a pop-up message stating that I am not able to start the game. I have attached a photo of the message as I wouldn't be able to remember what it says. I don't have any cc or mods.

Sakura1979 I can try to explain any particular step for you, but I wrote the guide in particular with the average Sims user in mind, so I would hope it's relatively straightforward. And frankly, there are too many steps to rewrite everything. So ask specific questions if you run into trouble, but otherwise, please follow the guide and see where it gets you.
