Hello everyone,

I am experiencing an issue where I cannot launch my game. Every time I attempt to start it, I receive the following error message : 

"Unable to start : Initialization error at start up. [135dec40:90f690cf:00000075:495f32a0]"

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps :

  • Uninstalled and reinstalled the game
  • Made sure both the game and my system are fully updated

Despise these efforts, the issue persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this problem ?
