4m3lij4 That's good both in that you can play and in that you've established that the problem is confined to your main account rather than affecting your entire computer. Do you want to try to fix the issue with your main account? If so, please try the other suggestions in the "already running" thread linked in the first post. That has more workarounds that deal with permissions and other issues with the Documents folder.
no worries! after a solid few hours i managed to fix it. i had to update my NVIDIA graphics drivers. i was trying to do it yesterday but it failed so i didnt do it then but i did it now and my game launches.
