My cursor wont work. Ive updated the app, repaired the game countless of times, and uninstalled and reinstalled. Ive disabled EA origin in game. Ive cleared EA cahce as well. Nothing will work. I cant even get into Sims 4 setting to adjust anything. Any help???
elisia9693 When you say the cursor won't work, do you mean it doesn't respond at all, or something else?
You can try forcing the game to open in windowed mode by editing Options.ini, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. Search for fullscreen and set it to 0 (zero).

That didnt work :/. It also seems to freeze when loading up. I have to exit multiple times to get to the home screen, Then the cursor wont work

elisia9693 To be clear, what helped was the combination of playing in windowed mode and decreasing the size of the cursor... in Windows settings? I'd like to know in case someone else has the same issue and windowed mode alone doesn't help.
