So recently I downloaded some CC hair and I put it on my sim in CAS and it was fine. When my sim was out of CAS her hair changed color it was like stripped and weird. Any solutions has anyone else had this problem?

Thank you but I have also downloaded other hairs from different creators on The sims resource and yet its still not working
There's a few threads around the forums about hair turning blue but that's not your problem, right ?
I'm also having this issue. Haven't found a solution yet. It happens mostly with the blonde hairs. Big dark stripes while the game is in play.

Do you have laptop mode enabled on graphics settings? Disabling laptop mode can solve the issue, but also can affect to game's performance.
I suggest asking the question in the Mac forum @surfthewaves12:
You need to change your sims graphics in settings to very high.
