@alex20809 If you can see custom content in-game, but it's not in the Mods folder you're viewing, then you're viewing the wrong Mods folder. It's as simple as that.
One common cause for this is OneDrive, or more specifically Windows enabling OneDrive after an update. Doing so moves the location of the Documents directory, which means it changes which folder Sims 4 is reading, since the game uses the default directory.
So please find the path to your user folder in-game and look there for your custom content.
