customer service

I had requested a call back the first one i recieved the phone rang twice then hung up, the second time I got a call back I was told to hold and then was on hold for 40 mins before someone got on to try to help me.  When I went to the wrong page he then stopped talking to me and then hung up on me.  I regret every buying this game and wasting my time trying to get help from someone that would just hang up instead of trying to help me.  I am very disappointed with the so called customer service.
