Okay, I did what you said, which is uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, even to the Windows 10 64-bit version, and I am still having the same issue. I really hoped that this would work.
Update: Okay, I did some research and found what each P in WER means. Apparently P4 is the assembly where the fault occurred. So, the fault occurred in d3b4. My issue is trying to figure out how in the world to get there to fix it, or if I can find something to fix it automatically.

I don't use Win 10 myself so I don't have a lot of insight.
You can pause the game if you want to get someone on the street, as a workaround.
Maybe @roberta591 has more ideas ?
