Delay Between Clicking and Interaction Menu Appearing

My issue is exactly as the title says. Whenever I click on an object, the interaction menu takes a while to appear. Depending on the size of the menu, it can take anywhere from immediately to two sec...

I don't use Win 10 myself so I don't have a lot of insight.

You can pause the game if you want to get someone on the street, as a workaround.

Maybe @roberta591 has more ideas ?
