I read this post before and drew a blank. Have you done a virus scan? There are several other games that are causing issues. The first couple of error logs pertain to the system and not a game which may be the root of the problem.
perform system file checker. Follow the steps below which will help you:
- Press Windows key + X, click Command Prompt (Admin).
- In the Command Prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
sfc /scannow.
This will correct the 2 system files IF they they are corrupt.
You could try to boot into safe mode and try to run the game.
Something is in conflict or corrupt. Take a look at the event viewer to see if there are any errors.

Okay, I haven't been able to find any conflicts in the event viewer, but Windows Error Reporting apparently caught on to the issue on April 23. I believe that is a while after I switched to Windows 10.
I also ran the system scans through the command prompt, and I get "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations". So the programs are not corrupt, as is anything else in Windows Error Reporting, apparently.
Yes, I have run virus scans multiple times before. I'm a bit of a paranoid scanner.
I'm kind of losing hope that this will ever work properly again. If you can't think of anything else, I at least thank you for trying.

The fact you have errors in other games tells me something is corrupt. tiworker.exe is a windows update program and the fact that this error might mean a Windows 10 patch is having problems. Check windows update for pending patches. The ntdll.dll could mean disc errors. A program like Macorit could test the integrity of the hard drive - macorit disk scanner (Macorit will take a while to complete). The program you ran before only tests critical windows programs and should have fixed them if corrupt. I'm beginning to think there may be some deeper problems.I'm running out of ideas and the wizard (my son) is out at the moment. At this point I may be tempted to put a different drive in and gen it up and see if you have the same problem. Instead of an upgrade install Windows 10 from scratch. You can download the Win 10 iso from Microsoft. If the new install works you will know your computer is good and you haven't lost anything (yet).

What I find weird though is that all the other games besides the Sims 4 run completely fine. The Sims seems to be the only game that is showing any problems. And what really bothers me is why it just happened out of nowhere. I'm also running the scan now, I'll update you if it finds anything.
