Delete account - can't get through CS via live chat!

I have an account I used to play sims years ago, I haven't used it since and completely forgot about it. Yesterday I got an email because someone is obviously trying to reset my password. I am now trying to delete my account but I can't get through their bloody live chat - it says that the wait time is under 5 minutes but it's just loading and loading and nothing happens. Is there an email address for EA Help I can use? I can't seem to be able to find it. Thanks!

    You need to use the live chat. Clear your browser or try a different browser and, make sure you have Java and Flash installed an enabled. If you do not know how to clear your browser, you can download and install CCleaner and it will do it for you.  here's the link: https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download
