Deleted sims from Sims 4 gallery
I accidentally deleted the Sims that came with the Sims 4 (the ones that are on the start up screen) from my library in the gallery. Is there a way to get them back? Or does anyone know the names of ...

TBH, I don't really know where those are stored.
Try repairing the game to see if you get them back that way.
If not, try renaming the user folder and see if you get them once it recreates. If so, they should be in the tray folder. You can then move them to the renamed folder and move the old folder back.
Not sure if these instructions are clear. I can explain step by step if you don't know how to do it.

OK, try the repair first.
- Right click on the game in Origin
- Hit Repair game.
If that doesn't help do this (I do not believe that those files are in the tray folder but it's worth a try)
- Make sure the game is closed
- Rename this folder: documents\electronicarts\thesims4\ to documents\electronicarts\thesims4_backup
- Start the game. This will create a new folder and all your stuff will be gone.
- Check the library if you have them back.
- If that is the case, close the game.
- Go to your new folder documents\electronicarts\thesims4\ and double click on the tray folder to check if there are files in there. If so, those would be those library items.
- Copy all files from this tray folder you just checked to this folder documents\electronicarts\thesims4_backup\tray
- Delete the folder documents\electronicarts\thesims4
- Rename documents\electronicarts\thesims4_backup to documents\electronicarts\thesims4
- Start the game again to see if you have them back.
You can also check the gallery under SimGuruZephyr. I will lookup the names for you next time I start the game if above doesn't work
