TerrickaWo Please undo whatever you've done so far, and use this guide instead:
If you get an error, stop at that point and post a screenshot.
Please also do NOT combine your user data with the game's program files. So if you've installed Sims 4 directly on your external drive, make a folder on that drive (called anything you want that isn't "The Sims 4") and direct your user data to that location.
